	Heated material-hoses GAMA - spraymachines can be assembled with material-hoses up to a length to 93 meters (except "Easy Spray"). High-pressure material-hoses with special inside-life, complete in package with heating, temperature sensor cable and air-line can be ordered in 15 meter sections, covered with scuff-jacket. Easy to assemble to existing hoses.
	Heated feeding hoses High viscous materials or an application under low outside-temperatures needs a pre-heating of the material before reaching the machine. One solution for pre-heating are heated feeding-hoses (3 meters of length), which were assembled between your feeding-pump and inlet-filter of machine. Pre-heated material so reaches your machine, temperature is adjustable over a temperature-control unit. Current support of 220V.
	Heating belts Another solution for pre-heating high viscous materials is, to heat up materials directly in drum over heating-belts. Pre-heated material so reaches your machine, temperature is adjustable over a temperature-control unit. Current support of 220V. Sometimes (very high filled systems, outstanding environmental conditions) a combination heating-belt/heated feeding-hose is neccessary.
	Drum mixer Every system-supplier is recommending to steer (mix) the B-side well before use. Our drum-mixer do have the correct dimensions not only to fit the in whole of the drum, also to give a good and well mix of the material (diameters and number of mixing-blades). Drum-mixers are available with air-motors and electric-motors.
